Accessing the Openmod network and/or utilizing any services of Openmod will constitute your acceptance of the Terms of Service. Openmod reserves the right to change or revise these terms at any time by posting a revised agreement at http://www.openmod.com/terms and your continued use of any Openmod services will constitute your acceptance of the changes or revisions made to the agreement.
Openmod offers many services, including but not limited to, a community where you can create a personal profile page, display photos of your car, upload content, and interact with other Openmod users. The software, content, and materials underlying the Openmod services are protected under copyright and other intellectual property laws and are owned by Openmod.
You agree to (i) comply with all applicable laws, including U.S. export control laws; (ii) not remove or obscure any copyright notices of Openmod; (iii) not interfere with the use of Openmod by other users; (iv) not use any type of automated means to utilize or access Openmod.
To access the Openmod network, it is necessary for you to register. The registration process requires you to provide Openmod with certain information requested in the registration form. You agree that the registration data you provide is true, accurate and current. You also agree that Openmod may send you an e-mail and require you to confirm your e-mail address before using certain Openmod services.
During registration you will provide an email address and password. This email address and password combination act as the credentials to access your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized the activities. You must notify Openmod of any unauthorized use of your account, or any other breach of security.
By submitting or linking content to the Openmod network, you agree that no part of the content (i) violates any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; (ii) is unlawful, harassing, abusive, tortious, threatening, harmful, invasive of another’s privacy, or otherwise objectionable material which is harmful to minors in any way; or (iii) in violation of any law, regulation, or obligations or restrictions imposed by any third party.
By submitting or linking content to the Openmod network, you agree that the content can be freely used within the Openmod network without payment or licensing fees.

You agree that Openmod cannot guarantee the identity of any other users you may interact with. Openmod cannot guarantee the data provided by other users and the responsibility of the content rests solely on the user that submitted or linked the content.
The services and content at Openmod are available as-is, without express or implied warranties. We will have no responsibility for any harm to your computer system, loss or corruption of data, or other harm that results from your access to or use of Openmod.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL OPENMOD, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS) DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT OPENMOD HAS BEEN WARNED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
Openmod reserves the right to terminate your account if you fail to comply to the terms and conditions of this agreement, use our services in way that would cause us legal liability or disrupt other users' use of Openmod. We will attempt to notify you prior to termination but in special cases we may terminate your account immediately.
